Jamie Stafford, director of JSTA, has 22 years
full-time tennis experience. He is a PTR Professional Grade coach, a Coaching Ireland Coach Tutor, a NCEF and ITEC Fitness Instructor.
Jamie heads up an enthusiastic and experienced team of full time professionals with the ability to deal with the 4 year old beginner to the experienced league player.
As well as tennis coaching for children aged 4 years to 16 years, JSTA now also offer an advanced training programme for children and adults
Advanced Tennis Tennis Training Programme From JSTA
(for children and adults who wish to train for a competitive level of play)
This programme covers Technique & Tactics (Module 1), Fitness & Footwork (Module 2), 6 Playing Situations (Module 3) & Player Specific Tactics (Module 4). Cost is per module and includes 12 Hours Advance Level Training, A JSTA long sleeved T-Shirt, K-Swiss Runners, a set of Tretorn Tennis Balls, arranged matches vs players in your class, ITF grading, plan for the Open Tournament Season 2012.
