Classes for all - From Toddlers UP!

Now, the Alliance Française has something for everyone. This is a new French language immersion programme to deepen the parent-child bond through French. It was first introduced in the Alliance Française in New York in January 2006 and proved to be very successful!

We strongly believe in it and now offer an innovative programme "one toddler-one adult" to enrich your child’s intellectual development and his or her ability to be open-minded to other languages and cultures.

Toddler Terms:

  1. 04 April to 04 June (8 weeks)
  2. 06 June to 15 July (6 weeks)
  3. 18 July to 26 August (6 weeks)

These new workshops for toddlers will take them to the magical world of fairy tales. With the help of the teacher and her lovable puppet, Bob, toddlers will discover or rediscover some of the best-loved fairy tales through songs, Arts & Crafts and games especially designed for them.

Through lively and stimulating activities, children from 5 years old build up a broad and lasting knowledge of the French language. Classes closely follow children's development and abilities.

For younger children, there is a very definite emphasis on oral comprehension and expression. Classes for older pupils also focus on oral skills but incorporate a substantial amount of written French too.

The material used is modern and attractive. It has been specifically designed for children, to capture their imagination and relate to their interests.

We also hold classes for bilingual children who already speak French at home!!

Easter Camp
A way to learn French and discover francophone culture in a very play-oriented manner.  Arts and Crafts, songs and outdoor games will be included in the numerous activities offered.  The classes will be led by our native-French qualified teachers who have considerable experience with children.
